Please include a
completed copy of this form (along with the bill
of sales or proof of purchase documents and a copy
of the ESN List that came with the purchase
invoice with ESN number(s) of product being
returned circled) in order to process your
request. Also, please remember that each
shipping box must have an RMA# on the outside
of each box. Any box coming to Cellular
Gallery without an RMA# on the outside of the
shipping box will be refused at the door. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Cellular Gallery offers return authorization
for exchange or credit of only five (5) days from
the original invoice date to customers for product
that is dead-on-arrival. All instruction
books, cords, accessories, etc. that were
originally shipped with the product must be
returned in the original OEM box. In
addition, no writing on the manufacturer's
original box should be occurred. Your return
may be refused if you do so, as it cannot be
returned or resold as new. No cash refund
will be given.
OEM products that are more than five (5) days old
from original invoice date, and in need of repair
must be sent to the manufacturer for repair and/or
exchange by the original manufacturer only.
